Return Policy

FILORGA HK accept your products purchasedin FILORGA HK Online Boutique for exchange within 14 days of receipt (based onthe delivery record) if you have the following situations:

 

1. Any products that is damaged in thedelivery process;

2. Any products that is not your purchaseditem or missing;

3. Any products that is expired whenreceived;

FILORGA HK will arrange the refund andresponsible for the shipping fee of product return according to the abovesituations.

 

 

FILORGAGK offers exchange if you feelallergy with the products purchased in FILORGA HK Online Boutique if you canprovide the following proves:

1. A medical report from the Grade 2 orabove demological hospital must be provided

2. The date of the medical report should bewithin 3-month of receipt (based on the delivery record)

3. The result must be proven that theeffect is caused by using the product in the medical report.

FILORGA HK will arrange the refund andresponsible for the shipping fee of product return according to the abovesituations.

 

All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by originalReceipt and an exchanged reference number.

No return nor exchange if any products that are gifts, or has beenopened or used, is not in its original conditions, is damaged, or its missingparts.

Each item can only be exchanged once.

No refund.

To return any items, please contact Customer Service by email cs@filorga.com from Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.00pm.

Orders are returned to FILORGA HK as incorrect address, a PO Boxand hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax / refuse toprovide ID copy / unable to make import declarations or parcel refused byrecipient.

Please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the day you return your package foryour request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return iscompleted.

When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to FILORGAHK, FILORGA HK issue a refund by reducing the original shipping fee, handlingfee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee.

FILORGA HK can re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable orunclaimed. However, customers will be charged for resend shipping fee based onthe original shipping method used for your purchase.

FILORGA HK is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages must be reported to customer service onthe day of delivery.

FILORGA HK reserves the right of final decision in case of anydispute.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

l   We will issue a product exchange for any full priced unopenedmerchandise that is returned within 14 days of delivery date.
